Looking back, I wish my pre-departure self knew that no matter what happens, the trip will still continue on and work itself out. I was so worried about bumps in the road, but at the end of the day, everything worked itself out. I also wish that my pre-departure self knew that I would make friends. I was so scared to come to a foreign country without any of my closet friends. I was worried I would be left out, but everyone has been so inclusive and willing to spend time with me!
